I’m Nik Stephney.

I help radical creatives like you birth big ideas. My journey has never followed a traditional path or fit into pre-defined success formulas. Instead, I’ve sought freedom from the systems and mindsets that kept me small, disconnected, and limited. My approach goes beyond traditional frameworks, guiding you to align your creative pursuits with curiosity, play, and flow. For me, creativity is divine. It’s a way to honor our ancestors, reclaim your story, and build an expansive future. 

Community is the heartbeat of everything I do. I’ve lived and worked in cities like CDMX, Houston, LA, Chicago, and New Orleans, learning from diverse cultures and experiencing the magic that happens when people unite around shared visions. Whether in workshops, 1:1 sessions, or a community circle, I create spaces where connection, mutual support, and collective liberation flourish.

I’m also the Creator of Voyage Farms, an agriculture venture dedicated to expanding knowledge on regenerative land practices. Voyage Farms is about reclamation. A way to heal our relationship with the land and create spaces where Black people gather, share, and thrive. It’s about aligning with what sustains us, just as creativity sustains the spirit.
